Sheer embarrassment! While enjoying the gorgeous weather in NYC on Monday, May 6, Jessica Alba endured a mortifying wardrobe malfunction — accidentally exposing her nipple through a see-through bra when doffing her jacket.
The Honest Company entrepreneur, 32, was enjoying a day at the park with her two daughters, Honor, 5, and Haven, 2, when the nip slip occurred.
Alba's fashion fortune improved later that night when she hit the red carpet at the Met Gala with husband Cash Warren — where she rocked a high bun and a Tory Burch black leather dress with strategic cut-outs around the bust.
Appearing on the TODAY show to promote her NY Times best-selling book, The Honest Life, on Tuesday, May 7, Alba admitted to Matt Lauer that she was feeling pretty tired after the Met Gala.
"I'm feeling a little rough around the edges!" she explained, laughing.
Despite the late-night event and the embarrassing nip slip, Alba was all smiles, especially when Lauer asked her how she'd like to celebrate Mother's Day.
"I'd like to sleep in a little bit, that would be nice," she said, beaming. "And just spending the day with my girls, I mean every day feels like Mother's Day, to be honest."
