Jim Carrey is a married man!
The Ace Ventura: Pet Detective actor, 64, recently wed his longtime girlfriend, Min Ah, his representative confirmed to People on Wednesday, September 30.
TMZ reported that the couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in Los Angeles.
Us has reached out to Carrey’s representative for comment.
The veteran actor previously acknowledged his Ah in his acceptance speech at the César Awards in Paris in February. The couple made their red carpet debut at the event.
“Tonight with this magnificent honor, this square has come full circle,” Carrey said while accepting an honorary award at the French film awards. “Thank you to my sublime companion, Min Ah. I love you, Min Ah.”
Carrey and Ah have been together since at least 2022. In February that year, Just Jared published photos of them together at a benefit comedy show presented by Judd Apatow.
The Mask actor was previously married to actress Melissa Womer, with whom he shares daughter Jane, 39, from 1987 to 1995. He was later married to his Dumb and Dumber costar Lauren Holly from 1996 to 1997.
In a May interview on Sophia Bush’s “Work In Progress” podcast, Holly recalled that “at the beginning, I was the one who was more well-known. Like, it was kind of strange.”
“And when you get into a situation, I think we definitely sort of highlighted each other in a lot of ways,” Holly, 62, said. “If you look back at what we were both doing in our relationship, it’s really cool because we were both, you know, growing exponentially, and I think we helped each other.”
Carrey has also previously dated actresses Renée Zellweger, January Jones and Jenny McCarthy.
“[Renée] was special to me, very special. I think she’s lovely,” Carrey said on The Howard Stern Show in July 2020. “I don’t regret — I don’t have those things. But I do appreciate the people that have come through my life for the good that they gave me … but I don’t pine for anybody, it’s not that kind of situation. It’s just my way of saying, ‘There was a very important thing there,’ and to recognize that.”
In 2008, he told Weekend magazine that while he was “happy” in his relationship with McCarthy, 53, ”I probably won’t get married again. If you’ve done it twice, you really should stop doing it.”
