Jim Carrey

Forced to drop out of high school to work and support his family, Carrey never lost sight of his comedic dreams and talent.
When the actor made the big move to Los Angeles to pursue his stand-up career, he caught the ear of Rodney Dangerfield, who offered the young comic a slot as the opening act at the famed Comedy Store.
Shortly thereafter, Carrey signed onto In Living Color and was featured as a cast member for four years.
Impressive film roles followed for Carrey, including the Ace Ventura film franchise and The Truman Show. The actor developed a young fanbase playing the Grinch in the 2000 film How the Grinch Stole Christmas.
The funnyman dated actress Jenny McCarthy for five years before calling it quits in 2010.
