The gang’s all here! Josh Duggar joined his wife, Anna, his sisters Jessa and Jill and the rest of his large reality TV family for a Thanksgiving getaway in the Ozarks on Thursday, November 24.
In images the Arkansas-based family shared via Facebook, the disgraced 28-year-old reality star can be seen joining in on the family fun. One photo shows Josh sitting on the floor next to a sofa packed full of Duggar children and grandchildren while Anna, 28, looks occupied with a toddler on her lap.
Another photo shows the father of four seemingly in conversation with several of the other Duggar men in the kitchen. His younger sister Jessa, 24, sits barefoot in the foreground with a big smile on her face as she rubs her pregnant tummy (she and her husband, Ben Seewald, announced that they are expecting their second child together in August.)
“Thanksgiving is such a wonderful holiday,” a post to the official Duggar family page reads. “It’s a beautiful day spent with family, food we love and most of all it is a poignant reminder of the many blessings our lives enjoy, for which we should be thankful.”
“This year for Thanksgiving, we spent a few days together with our family in a cabin in the beautiful Ozark Mountains,” the message continues. “We’ve laughed together, cooked together, sang together, told fun family stories, played with kids and bounced babies. It’s been a wonderful family time.”
Josh checked into a rehab facility late last year and recently resurfaced in the public eye after leaving treatment this past March.
Earlier this month, he joined the rest of the Duggar clan to celebrate younger sister Jinger’s wedding to Jeremy Vuolo, and one day later, he accompanied Anna on a double date with her sister Priscilla Waller and Priscilla’s husband, David Waller.
“Thank you, Josh & Anna, for a wonderful weekend together topped off with a fun #doubledate this evening! You’ll are doing great! #sistertime #familytime,” David captioned a selfie of the four of them at dinner on Sunday, November 6.
