It's safe to say that Britt Meddler is not a Belieber. Justin Bieber totally botched Bette Midler's name as "Britt Meddler" in his new Billboard cover story — and naturally, she responded on Thursday, Nov. 5.

In his latest no-holds-barred interview, the pop sensation, 21, opened up about his parents, and shockingly revealed that his relationship with his mom, Pattie Mallette, has been "pretty nonexisting" in recent years. However, he's in frequent contact with his dad, Jeremy Bieber, who made some questionable comments about his son's, ahem, junk last month after nude pics were leaked of the pop star. “@justinbieber what do you feed that thing. #proud daddy," Jeremy tweeted at the time.

Midler, 69, who appeared mortified by Jeremy's remarks, tweeted: "The biggest dick in this situation is the dad who abandoned his son."

"This Britt Meddler," Bieber mused to Billboard. "I don’t even know who that is, honestly. I wanted to immediately say ‘Who is this lady?’, but then I’m just fueling this negativity. I do feel the photo was an invasion of my privacy. I felt super violated. My dad made light of it, but I don’t think that’s sick and twisted. It was funny. Dads are going to be dads."

Midler, like many others, thought Bieber skewering her name was hilarious, and even tweeted directly at the pop star.

The actress also discovered a parody Twitter account under the handle @BrittMeddler and retweeted some outrageous commentary, including a GIF of herself in the beloved movie Hocus Pocus.
