Ready to party! Just two weeks after he was arrested for DUI, Justin Bieber was spotted partying it up in Atlanta, Ga. on Wednesday, Feb. 5.

The 19-year-old "Boyfriend" singer let loose by going shirtless and showing off his tattooed body at Vanquish Lounge. He accessorized the clothing-optional look with a backwards black baseball cap, dark shades and gold necklace.

The teen heartthrob's party crew included Rick Ross, T.I., Jermaine Dupri, Cassie and event host Sean "Diddy" Combs. Bieber and Diddy, 44, were seen sharing a hug while partying together in the club.

"Justin was on his best behavior," a fellow partygoer told Us Weekly. "He was just dancing and having a great time!"

"Once the DJ shouted, 'Justin Bieber's in the house,' the crowd went crazy!" the insider added. "Justin then jumped on top of the VIP lounge sofa, and started dancing and doing his thing!"

Bieber's rumored new girlfriend, model Chantel Jeffries, was also photographed with him that night. The twosome were seen together outside, while Bieber was fully dressed in a sweatshirt.

The Canadian singer was arrested in Miami, Fla. on Jan. 23, and charged with DUI, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license. At the time, Jeffries was a passenger in the car. After the incident, Bieber promised his young fans on Twitter that he was "still the small town kid."

On Wednesday, before heading to Vanquish, Bieber tweeted: "Back in my second home. Good to be back. Focused on building up positive energy."
