Squeal! Khloe Kardashian shared the cutest photo of her nieces, North West and Penelope Disick, on Thursday, Nov. 19. The two little ladies look adorably happy while holding a copy of their aunt’s new book, Strong Looks Better Naked.
“I can’t stop smiling when I look at this photo! I love my little ladies!! They were so excited and kept screaming ‘KoKo! KoKo!’ North calls me ‘KoKo Loco,’” Kardashian wrote alongside the Instagram of Kim and Kourtney Kardashian’s daughters.
Khloe has been busy promoting her new book, which is already a best-seller, but had to cancel a recent signing after coming down with a “minor infection,” a source explained to Us Weekly on Wednesday. According to the insider, Kardashian is “run-down” from “burning the candle at both ends.”
“I’m very sorry again,” she tweeted to her followers of the change in plans. “Stress can run our bodies down so please everyone take care of yourselves.”
Wednesday night, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reality star went on a Twitter rant against those questioning her relationship with James Harden while her estranged husband, Lamar Odom, remains in the hospital.
After telling tweeters to “f–k off,” she added: “I think the painkillers I’m on and tweeting is probably not the best thing. Signing off…. Antibiotics +painkillers + tweeting does not equal anything good lol.”
