Khloe Kardashian canceled a book tour appearance on Wednesday, Nov. 18, due to her doctor’s orders. The Strong Looks Better Naked author is suffering from a “minor infection,” a source tells Us Weekly. According to TMZ, the reality personality has a staph infection.

“Dolls! So sorry I needed 2 re schedule my book signing. I'm sick & dr's orders are that I need to lay low until we narrow down what's wrong,” the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star tweeted. “Ill be going for more testing today. I'm very sorry again. Stress can run our bodies down so please everyone take care of yourselves.”

According to a source, however, Kardashian, who has spent the past month taking care of estranged husband Lamar Odom in the hospital, is going to be fine. The insider explains that Kardashian is simply “run down” and “burning the candle at both ends.”

The 31-year-old has been vocal about the stress of Odom’s hospitalization.

"Just recently I've been in the hospital for almost three and a half weeks straight, and finally everyone was saying, 'Khloé, you have to get out of the hospital and just for an hour, go to the gym and do something that's for you. Nothing's going to happen to Lamar,'" she told the San Diego Union-Tribune in a recent interview. "I had such anxiety going to the gym, but as soon as I left, and Kendall and I worked out with my trainer, I felt like, 'Oh my god, I'm okay. I'm a human again!'"

Odom was hospitalized on Oct. 13 after being found unconscious at legal brothel Love Ranch South in Nevada.
