Kylie Jenner opened up about experiencing a harder pregnancy with her son, Aire.
“Lots of things were happening with my vagina,” Jenner, 28, told Jake Shane during a Thursday, May 14, episode of his “Therapuss” podcast. “I was three centimeters dilated for a month and a half,” she explained. “The baby was falling out.”
“My doctor was like, ‘You have to stay in bed,” Jenner added of her son Aire, 4, whom she shares with ex Travis Scott.
Elsewhere during the episode, Jenner got candid about having “chronic back pain” since being pregnant with Aire in 2022. “My son — my last pregnancy, it really took me out,” she said. “12 weeks into the pregnancy, I just woke up one day and couldn’t really walk.”
“I had crazy sciatica pain and crazy lower back pain,” the Kylie Cosmetics founder explained. “I was in the best shape of my life before that pregnancy, so I really had high expectations.”
Jenner shared that when she was pregnant with her daughter Stormi, who she also shares with Scott, 35, she gained 60 pounds. “I was 200 pounds when I went in to give birth to my daughter. I was 210 with my son. I gained, like, 65 pounds with my son. I was huge.”
Jenner laughed that she was craving and eating “everything” during her pregnancies. “I ate a pint of ice cream every night,” she said. “Lots of carbs.”

She also opened up about hiding her pregnancy from the world when she was expecting Stormi, 8, in 2018 as a way to “protect” herself. “Right when I posted that [announcement] video, I sobbed for three hours,” Jenner recalled. “It felt like so much weight on my shoulders. It was so emotional.”
Jenner also shared she was “freaking out” when she found out she was pregnant with Stormi at 19 years old. “I was really scared to tell my parents. There was something inside me that knew I wanted to do this. I had to make a decision for myself,” she explained, noting that she no one was “mad” at her when they found out.
Jenner and Scott dated on-and-off from 2017 to 2022. Now, she’s found love with Timothée Chalamet, whom she started dating in 2023. Scott, for his part, is single.
Through the years, Jenner and Chalamet, 30, have publicly supported each other at a number of events. They made their red carpet debut at the 70th David Di Donatello Awards in Rome in May 2025. Jenner also attended the Marty Supreme premiere in December 2025, as well as the 2026 Critics Choice Awards, the Oscars and more.
Chalamet has also supported Jenner when she was honored as the Brand Innovator of the Year at the WSJ. Magazine Innovators Awards in November 2023.
