Well, hello there Mr. Handyman! Mark Wahlberg will do whatever it takes to keep the romance alive with his wife of six years, Rhea Durham.
The Fighter actor, 44, admitted during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Thursday, Oct. 22, that he dresses up as a handyman for his lady.
“She just wants me fixing things. I wear a wife beater around the house and walk around with a hammer or a screwdriver,” the hunk revealed. “Like, I’m gonna fix the door or something, [or] fix the garage.”
Rhea, however, does have one considerable complaint given the uber-buff star’s insane workout schedule.
Wahlberg revealed that he wakes up at 3 a.m., “makes egg whites, Ezekiel bread, and almond butter with a little avocado” and then works out for an hour before hitting the golf course from 6 to 8 a.m. After golf, he “rushes home” to meet his wife after she drops off their kids at school and they have “our little alone time.”
“I’m in bed by 7 [though] and my wife thinks I’m an old boring [man]…I’ve got to get 8 hours so she’s like, ‘What about our alone time at night like normal people?’ Not 10 o’clock in the morning.’”
