Out with the old. Miranda Lambert has shuttered her bed-and-breakfast in Tishomingo, Oklahoma, where she lived during her four-year marriage to Blake Shelton.

According to the Ladysmith bed-and-breakfast’s website, the establishment closed because it is “under new management.” The boutique hotel — which housed eight uniquely decorated guest rooms and a large ballroom for events — opened its doors in September 2014. The website doesn’t provide any further details on its reopening, and the “White Liar” singer has yet to comment about selling the Ladysmith’s historic 1901 brownstone.

The news of Lambert, 32, selling the Ladysmith comes just about two months after the country star closed her Pink Pistol boutique right across the street. The “House That Built Me” singer announced her plans to focus on the flagship Pink Pistol store in her hometown of Lindale, Texas, by moving it to a bigger and better location and increasing the merchandise selection.

“I want to send a heartfelt thank you to all the employees who worked hard to help me bring the store in Tishomingo to life, as well as the patrons who came to experience the Pink Pistol and supported the store,” Lambert told Us Weekly in a statement in May. “Sometimes you need to close a chapter to build on a new beginning or go back home.”

Shelton previously confirmed that he purchased the gift shop’s building, and now unconfirmed rumors are flying that he purchased the bed-and-breakfast as well. A Facebook user posted a photo of the Voice judge and his girlfriend, Gwen Stefani, standing on the hotel’s balcony with a group of people on July 2.

Shelton has been mysterious about what he plans to do with the Pink Pistol building, promising only that he has something in the works. “As for the actual properties left behind, I was offered the opportunity to buy them and I have a plan brewing,” the “Came Here to Forget” singer said in a statement.

As Us Weekly previously reported, Lambert and Shelton announced their split in July 2015. The “Gunpowder and Lead” songstress has been dating fellow country musician Anderson East since December. They made their red carpet debut at the 2016 Academy of Country Music Awards in April.
