He’s a doting husband and dad! Chris Pratt thanked his wife, Anna Faris, and their son, Jack, 3, while accepting the Best Action Performance award for his role in Jurassic World at the 2016 MTV Movie Awards on Saturday, April 9.
After name-dropping Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Willis and several other action heroes during his heartfelt acceptance speech, Pratt, 36, added, “And of course, my wife, Anna Faris.”
Pratt, who also won an award for Best Male Performance, continued, “Darling, our son was destined to be tough, but thanks to you, he’s going to be smart too!”
Faris, who tied the knot with the Guardians of the Galaxy actor in 2009, exclusively told Us in January how her family spends their downtime together.
“We love to go hiking,” the Mom actress gushed. “Chris will carry Jack on this amazing hiker backpack thing that’s pretty awesome. We just love to do normal things. Go to the aquarium, go to the zoo. But mostly, we just really cherish our time at home.”
The 2016 MTV Movie Awards airs on MTV Sunday, April 10, at 8 p.m. ET.
