Think you've had a bad breakup? Many of us have nothing on Giuliana Rancic.
In her new memoir, Going Off Script, the Fashion Police host recounted a humiliating split with actor Jerry O'Connell. Rancic — then known as Giuliana DePandi — and the Stand By Me alum were a couple frequently photographed attending red carpet events together in 2003 and the first half of 2004. But back then, let's just say O'Connell was a bit of a cad.

For starters, she revealed that O'Connell cheated on her during their romance with Geri "Ginger Spice" Halliwell. O'Connell had an unexpected reaction when Rancic caught him.
"[He said,] 'Yeah, I know. I'm so sorry. I don't know what happened," Rancic wrote. "He had as much emotion as the customer-service representative who tells you your bags missed the flight."
Jerry also had a wandering eye when escorting her to Maxim's 100 Hottest Women Party in 2004. He ditched Giuliana, who was No. 94 on the list, to mingle with No. 7 Rebecca Romijn, who had separated from actor John Stamos two months earlier.
"Little did I know he was in the VIP area, talking up Rebecca," Rancic recalled in her book. "As a prelude to feeling up Rebecca."

Within a week, O'Connell stopped all contact with Rancic. She showed up at his home, but he made it clear she wasn't welcome inside. Instead, she claimed that he gave one of the worst breakup lines ever.
"Nope. Sorry, homegirl," he reportedly said. "Things change, but you take care, OK?"
Reps for O'Connell did not immediately respond to Yahoo's request for comment.
Despite the ugly breakup, it looks like everything worked out for the best in the end.
O'Connell and Romijn announced their engagement in September 2005, tied the knot in July 2007, and are the parents to 6-year-old twin girls Dolly and Charlie. Meanwhile, Rancic found a better match in Apprentice winner Bill Rancic. They married in 2007 and have a 2-year-old son named Duke.
