Back on track. Us Weekly can confirm that Paris Hilton’s younger brother Conrad Hilton was released from prison on Monday, August 1, after serving two months behind bars for using illegal substances during his parole, violating the terms of his probation.

The 22-year-old hotel heir was sentenced to jail in early June after he admitted to using drugs while on probation, the latest in a string of tussles with the law.

“The underlying allegations that he admitted as being true concerned repeated drug use while on probation, including marijuana, synthetic cannabiniods and cocaine as well,” U.S. Assistant Attorney Alexander Schwab told Us at the time.

Conrad first made headlines in July 2014 after he became belligerent while aboard an international flight, flipping out at fellow passengers and threatening flight attendants.

“I will f–king own anyone on this flight; they are f–king peasants,” Hilton reportedly shouted, according to TMZ. He also made violent threats toward anyone who tried to calm him down. “I am going to f–king kill you … I will f–king rip through you.”

Conrad later admitted to smoking pot in the airplane bathroom, and voluntarily checked into a rehab facility when he was arrested in February 2015. On June 16, 2015, the younger brother of both Paris and Nicky Hilton was placed on three years’ probation for his in-flight meltdown, agreeing to submit to drug tests, undergo mental health treatments, and participate in an outpatient substance abuse program.

Less than a week later, he was arrested outside his ex-girlfriend Hunter Salomon’s home after reportedly violating a restraining order she had filed against him. (Her father, Rick Salomon, was the man involved in Paris’ infamous sex tape, 1 Night in Paris. He later married and divorced Pamela Anderson.)
