Conrad Hilton has been sentenced to jail after he admitted to using drugs while on probation, U.S. Assistant Attorney Alexander Scwab tells Us Weekly

“The underlying allegations that he admitted as being true concerned repeated drug use while on probation, including marijuana, synthetic cannabiniods and cocaine as well,” Schwab tells Us.

The 22-year-old, who is the younger brother of Paris and Nicky Hilton, was sentenced to two months in prison on Monday, June 6. Last year, the hotel heir was arrested after threatening passengers and flight attendants aboard an international flight. After pleading guilty, he was sentenced to three years probation and 750 hours of community service. He was also ordered to undergo mental health treatments, submit to drug tests and participate in an outpatient substance abuse program.

In June 2015 Hilton was arrested again on suspicion of violating a restraining order obtained by his ex-girlfriend Hunter Salomon.

According to Schwab, Conrad has until Wednesday to surrender.
