Did Mollie King bag herself a certain redheaded prince?
British tabloids reported Wednesday that Prince Harry is dating the pretty British singer, part of the girl group The Saturdays.
Although the Daily Express claims that Harry, 27, is "completely smitten" with King, 24, a source shoots down the romance report to Us Weekly.
"They're friends and there's nothing romantic going on, although I'm pretty sure she'd like there to be," says the source close to King — whose real name just happens to be Mollie Elizabeth Windsor!
But the source understands the speculation. "They have a lot of mutual friends and they go to the same places – like Brompton Club and Public," the insider says of London hotspots favored by Prince William's single little brother.
"Harry and Mollie are just friends," the source reiterated. "It's fair to say she has a crush on him, but they've never been on a date and he's never asked her out on a date."
King has been single for just two months following her split from sexy male model David Gandy. "Spare heir" Harry, meanwhile, has similarly been available since he and on-and-off love of five years Chelsy Davy cooled off in 2009; they remain amicable, and Davy, 26, attended the royal wedding on April 29 of last year.
A St. James Palace rep refused comment.
