Vacancy! Reese Witherspoon and her agent husband Jim Toth are planning on opening a boutique hotel in Nashville, a source reveals exclusively to Us Weekly.
“They’ve gone down a few times to look at properties,” the insider tells Us of the power couple, who already own a $2 million home in the area.
But don’t book your travel just yet.
According to the source, the husband and wife duo, who are parents to 2-year-old son Tennessee, are still figuring things out.
“They’ve met with an architect and decorator, but they haven’t officially signed everything yet,” the source explains.
The Wild actress hinted at a new project herself on Instagram on Tuesday, March 10. “#SecretProject….coming soon…” Witherspoon captioned an Instagram of her in front of an unidentified location.
