Teen Witch fans rejoice, because Robyn Lively just joined Instagram! The actress — Blake Lively's older half-sister — posted an amazing throwback photo from the 1989 cult classic on Thursday, April 16.
There's plenty of scenes to choose from ("Most Popular Girl" or "Top That" come to mind!), but Lively opted to share one from the movie's epic high school dance finale. In the scene, Louise Miller (Lively) throws her spellbinding necklace to the side to reveal that hunky Brad Powell (Dan Gauthier) could love her even without her magical powers.
"I want him to love me because he thinks I'M fabulous…" – Louise," Lively, 43, quoted her character. "#TBT #topthat #teenwitch #ihopeihadabreathmint." (Days earlier, she also posted a funny photo with the Gossip Girl alum!)
Last year, Lively opened up about her most memorable role during an interview with BuzzFeed. She admitted that she had a crush on Gauthier at the time, but could have done without their sex scene. "That was an added scene because they wanted to make it a bit sexier," she said. "It's awful. Also, it implies that something happened with Brad and Louise that I wasn't aware of at the time. What's funny is my mom was super upset because she wasn't invited on set that day. She would have thrown a fit."
Regardless, Lively is always game to walk down memory lane. In September 2012, she and her brother Eric even recreated the dance sequence for Blake, 27, and Ryan Reynolds' South Carolina wedding.
Since joining the family, Reynolds has evidently gotten close with Blake's older sibling. On April 13, Robyn was delighted to see that the Deadpool actor, 38, encouraged his fans to follow her on social media. "Being a Twitter/Instagram newbie I had no idea what glorious thing I had done to attract an instant onset of followers! Haha thank you awesome brother #RyanReynolds!" Lively gushed. "#WHYISMYSISTERSHUSBANDSOCUTE @blakelively."
