Ruby Rose revealed she is done speaking about her alleged sexual assault involving Katy Perry after filing a police report earlier this week.
“Hi! Last update on this: As of this afternoon, I have finalized all of my reports,” Rose, 40, wrote via Threads on Tuesday, April 14. “This means I am no longer able to comment, repost, or talk publicly about any of those cases, or the individuals involved.”
The Pitch Perfect 3 actress explained to her followers that she still appreciates those who have backed her choice to speak out against Perry, 41, who has denied all the allegations.
“It’s going to look like I am ignoring everything from supportive messages, to other people’s experiences, but I’m not,” Rose continued. “This is a standard request from the police and in many ways, quite the relief.”
She noted that after going to the police, she is feeling more grounded. “I can start the healing process now. And temporary move forward,” Rose added. “I love you all so much.”
In a series of Threads shared Sunday, April 12, Rose accused Perry of being inappropriate toward her several years ago.

“Katy Perry sexual [sic] assaulted me at spice market nightclub in Melbourne. Who gives a s*** what she thinks,” Rose claimed after seeing a post about Perry watching Justin Bieber’s 2026 Coachella set. “After it I threw up on her. I told the story publicly but changed it to be a ‘funny little drunk story’ because I didn’t know how else to handle it.”
The Orange Is the New Black alum alleged that Perry “later she agreed to help me get my US visa. So I kept it a secret. But I DID tell yall she wasn’t a good person. Instead I got attacked by … Everyone.”
Rose claimed in a separate Threads post that Perry “didn’t kiss” her, alleging that the incident was much more traumatic.
“She saw me ‘resting’ on my best friends lap to avoid her and bent down, pulled her underwear to the side and rubbed her disgusting vagina on my face until my eyes snapped open and I projectile vomitted [sic] on her,” Rose alleged.
While Rose initially said she didn’t want to report the alleged altercation, she announced hours later that she spoke to authorities.
Perry denied the allegations in a statement on Monday, April 13, calling Rose’s claims “not only categorically false” but also “dangerous reckless lies.”
“Ms. Rose has a well-documented history of making serious public allegations on social media against various individuals, claims that have repeatedly been denied by those named,” a representative for Perry told Us Weekly.
