Prince William — he’s just like Us!
The 30-year-old gave the world an inside look at his life as a flight lieutenant in the Royal Air Force when he posted 10 personal pictures on his revamped website Nov. 19.
In the photo album, the second in line to the British throne is seen pouring himself a cup of hot tea and making his bed, among other daily tasks. Kate Middleton‘s husband also attends a morning briefing with his four-man search and rescue crew in Anglesey.
“Downtime is also an important part of the job,” according to his website. “When the crew is not conducting a search and rescue mission or preparing for a training exercise, they can usually be found re-charging their batteries in the crew-room or eating a meal in the nearby dining room.”
The site adds, “Computer games — especially the likes of Call of Duty and other military-themed games — are a favorite for the crew if they have a spare moment in the evenings.”
William — who works 24-hour shifts on the military base — has been stationed in Anglesey since 2010. He and his wife, 30, live at a rented four-bedroom home on the island.
The famous Brit spent six weeks in the Falklands for his first sortie mission in February — the longest time away from Middleton since they wed on April 29, 2011. William’s current tour ends in 2013.
