Sofia Vergara slammed Nick Loeb on Good Morning America on Thursday, May 7, saying her ex-fiance is "not a celebrity" and he's taking advantage of her with the ongoing battle over their frozen embryos.

She’s so over it. Sofia Vergara slammed Nick Loeb for “the last time” on Good Morning America on Thursday, May 7, claiming her ex-fiance has been taking advantage of her in his ongoing battle to preserve their frozen embryos.

“I really want to make this, like, the last time I talk about it,” Vergara, 42, told Amy Robach. “Because I don’t think it’s fair.”

She said Loeb was using her name to garner attention. “I’ve been working very hard for 20 years to get to this point,” the Modern Family actress noted. “I promote all my movies, all my work, but I don’t like promoting my private life and I don’t understand why this person…I don’t want to allow this person to take more advantage of my career and try to promote himself and get press for this.”

After her split from Loeb last year, Vergara quickly moved on with Magic Mike hottie Joe Manganiello, to whom she’s now engaged. Meanwhile, the Hot Pursuit actress’ ex penned an elaborate op-ed published by the New York Times last week about how their frozen embryos — which were created from in-vitro fertilization while they were together — must be preserved.

Vergara, a mother of one herself to 22-year-old son Manolo, also spoke this week with Howard Stern on his SiriusXM show, where she shared her philosophy on the issue. “A child needs a mother and a loving relationship with parents who don’t hate each other,” Manganiello’s future wife noted. “I don’t hate [Nick] but obviously he has a problem. A kid needs parents. I wouldn’t want to bring kids to the world where it’s already set against them. It would be so selfish.”

She maintained on GMA that Loeb had to abide by the documents they agreed to years ago. “It shouldn’t be out there for people to give their opinion when there’s nothing to talk about,” Vergara noted. “There’s papers signed. There is a court date. He shouldn’t be creating something so ugly out of nothing.”

“Just with the press, it’s like, and allowing somebody to invent things and create press for himself,” she sniped. “He’s not an actor. He’s not a celebrity. It’s like, why?”

Vergara concluded her thoughts on the matter by saying he wasn’t going to hold her back. “I am having an amazing month with all these things that I get to do with my career, and he’s got nothing,” she said of her ex. “I’m not sad.”

Meanwhile, Loeb countered Vergara’s reasoning on the Today show on Thursday. “It has nothing to do with a baby or her baby,” the entrepreneur told Hoda Kotb. “Lives were created.”
