Step aside, sizzurp. The internet is freaking out over Starbucks’ latest secret menu drink. Dubbed the “#PurpleDrink” on social media, the berrylicious concotion looks refreshingly fruity and frothy.
According to Starbucks lovers everywhere, to get the drink just order passion iced tea with soy milk, vanilla syrup and blackberries.
“#PurpleDrink is the best thing at Starbucks 😍💜,” one happy customer tweeted on Wednesday, while another added it’s “thumbs up.”
Others have tossed the previously buzzed about “Pink Drink” off its throne.
“Move over #pinkdrink your reign was short,” a user wrote on her Instagram account of the Purple Drink. “Now it’s all about the #purpledrink, which is even better.”
In case you’ve been frequenting the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf or avoiding being basic, Starbucks lovers flipped out earlier this month after the coffee chain’s secret Pink Drink surfaced.
The Pink Drink is made from Starbuck’s strawberry açai refresher with coconut milk.
In May, the company went viral for its adorable mini Frappuccinos, which contain fewer than 150 calories each and can be made from any flavor, including their standout flavors coffee, caramel and mocha.
