So much love! Congratulation messages are pouring in for Amy Schumer after her surprise wedding to chef Chris Fischer.
Us Weekly exclusively broke the news on Thursday, February 15, that the couple tied the knot on Tuesday, February 13, and the actress confirmed it by sharing an Instagram post with a series of photos from the wedding.
The guest list included Jennifer Lawrence, Jennifer Aniston, David Spade, Judd Apatow and Jake Gyllenhaal. Meanwhile, her other celebrity friends sent their love on social media, wishing the newlyweds all the best.
Debra Messing commented on the Instagram post on Thursday, writing: “OMGGGGG!!!!!! I’m so happy for you!! Congratulations and Mazel Tov babe!!!!”

Other celebrities commented complimenting the stunning bride. Brooklyn Decker wrote:“You goddess! Congrats!!” Actress Laura Benanti also commented, “You’re a goddamn angel!” Catt Sadler left three pink hearts as her reaction to the happy news.
Schumer, 36, took to Instagram to dispel any rumors that a pregnancy was behind their quick wedding since the couple dated for just a few months. The Trainwreck star shared a note, writing, “No I’m not pregnant.” She then encouraged people to donate to Everytown for Gun Safety instead of sending gifts, following a school shooting in Parkland, Florida on Wednesday, February 14. Busy Philipps reacted to that post with a red heart emoji.
In a different set of photos, Questlove from The Roots commented: “Dope!” 13 Reasons Why star Brandon Flynn commented on the series of pics, writing, “You look beautiful!”
As previously reported, the comedienne and Fischer, 37, were first spotted having a romantic dinner together in November in New York. Us broke the news later that month that the duo were officially dating.
