Ring those wedding bells! Teen Mom 2 star Chelsea Houska married her fiancé, Cole DeBoer, in a romantic ceremony on Saturday, October 1, Us Weekly has confirmed.
The couple, who are expecting their first child together, tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in front of their parents and siblings, as well as Houska’s daughter, Aubree, 7, whose dad is the bride’s ex-boyfriend Adam Lind.
The bride shared a pic on Instagram Saturday afternoon that showed the newlyweds with Aubree. “Mr and Mrs DeBoer,” she captioned the sweet pic.
Two days before the wedding, the MTV star, 25, posted a pic on Instagram of two giant bunches of her favorite flowers, sunflowers and proteas, and wrote, “I don’t know what I did to deserve this man, but I am thankful every single day. @coledeboer beyond proud to be able to call you my husband soon!”
Houska met the fitness enthusiast at a gas station and began dating in August 2014. They got engaged in November 2015, with the reality star announcing the happy news in an Instagram post. “He’s stuck now!” she captioned a pic that showed her flashing her engagement ring alongside her new fiancé.
“Cole brought me to a personal spot in the woods where he had photos lining the tree,” she told MTV of his romantic proposal. “The pictures hanging were of him and I and the three of us as a family.”
Aubrey dotes on DeBoer and he very sweetly asked the little girl “if it was OK if he married her mommy,” the aesthetician added. “She immediately said yes, was extremely excited and gave him a big hug.”
The 16 and Pregnant alum announced in July that the couple were expecting their first child, due in February 2017.
“We are beyond excited for this journey and can’t wait to share it with you all!” she captioned a sweet Instagram photo of the growing family. “Big sister Aubree is also extremely excited, and it’s no secret that she is hoping for a girl haha.”
The couple’s engagement and wedding planning was documented on the most recent season of the hit reality show.
