Teen Mom OG star Tyler Baltierra’s dad, Butch Baltierra, recently found himself behind bars once again. The reality TV figure’s father pleaded guilty in September to operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license back in June, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly.
A spokesperson at the St. Clair County Jail in Michigan confirmed to Radar Online that the reality TV personality was incarcerated and released on October 13.
Butch previously served time on charges of home invasion, larceny and breaking and entering. Tyler’s dad was also in jail for much of the reality star’s life, on various drug charges, and prior to being booked, he was most recently released in August 2015, just in time for Tyler and Catelynn Lowell’s wedding.
Butch has since maintained his sobriety and stayed out of trouble thus far on season 7 of Teen Mom OG.
Tyler’s father’s most recent arrest comes after the TMOG star helped guide his wife, Catelynn, through her battle with depression.
After seeking treatment at an Arizona-based program for mental health issues and marijuana use, the 16 & Pregnant alum, 24, opened up to MTV News about her “rocky” relationship with Tyler, also 24. During the October 10 episode of TMOG, Tyler told Catelynn that he’s reached his breaking point.
“I can’t do this forever,” Tyler said in a preview perviously posted by Us. “There’s no way. Not like this.”
And during the October 17 episode of the hit MTV show, things don’t seem to be getting any better — Catelynn and Tyler fight over her missing an important doctor’s appointment because she hit snooze on her alarm clock.
