Luckily no tables were flipped! Teresa Giudice took to Twitter on Friday, November 11, to clap back at a fan who criticized the Real Housewives of New Jersey star for her support of President-elect Donald Trump.

After Trump, 70, pulled off a shocking defeat of Hillary Clinton in Tuesday’s presidential election, Giudice, 44 — who worked with the business mogul on season 5 of The Celebrity Apprentice in 2012 — congratulated him via Twitter.

“Congratulations @realDonaldTrump on your victory,” the Turning the Tables author wrote alongside a photo of herself and Trump. “I am praying that you do a good job and help all Americans live a better & safer life.”
Giudice’s message of support was met with a defiant reply from one of her 1.09 million followers.
“@Teresa_Giudice are you kidding? After all that’s happened to you, you want his policies?” the disappointed Twitter user wrote, referring to Giudice’s 11-month sentence for fraud at Connecticut’s Danbury Federal Correctional Facility. “I don’t know that I can support you anymore.”
In response, the Bravolebrity offered this analogy: “I’m sorry to hear that, but not supporting our President is like rooting against the pilot of an airplane of which you are a passenger.”
Giudice — whose Italian-born husband, Joe Giudice, could face deportation once his 41-month long prison sentence at New Jersey’s Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution for fraud is complete — has been a vocal proponent of Trump throughout his bid for the Oval Office.
“Of course I’m gonna vote for Donald Trump,” Teresa said of the real estate tycoon (who has threatened to deport all undocumented immigrants in the U.S.) during a February 2016 appearance on Watch What Happens Live. “I think he’s amazing. I think he’ll make a great president.”
