Ivanka Trump took to Instagram to wish her husband, Jared Kushner, a happy 37th birthday, but instead of joining in on wishing him well, many of Trump’s followers flooded her comments section to speculate that she was expecting her fourth child.

“Happy birthday, Jared! Thank you for being the most amazing father, husband, and best friend I could have dreamed of,” Trump, 36, wrote alongside a photo of the duo posing with one arm around the other as she placed her other hand on her stomach, showing off an apparent bump. “Here’s to you!”

“I guess congratulations are in order?!” one follower wrote. “For the Birthday and the pregnancy?!” Another added: “Omg my girl is prego.”

Trump seemingly took note of the speculation, as she quickly updated the caption, adding the hashtag “#throwback.”

As it turns out, Trump shared the same photo back in January 2016, two months before she gave birth to son Theodore (the couple also shares Arabella, 6, and Joseph, 4.)

The first daughter turned senior adviser to her father, President Donald Trump, opened up to Us Weekly in October about balancing her career and life as a mom. “I try to be there in the evenings and come back to work after the kids are asleep,” she explained. “When I get home late and tired, tiptoeing into their bedrooms and seeing these three healthy, lovely, sleeping kids, I feel very blessed.”

While the family is constantly on the go during the week, weekends are strictly dedicated to spending time with each other, although Trump admitted the couple will do work as needed. “We’ll do picnics on Theodore Roosevelt Island,” she told Us at the time. “I took my daughter to the Supreme Court to hear a case, we’ve gone to the Museum of African American History and Culture. I’m really trying to embrace Washington. It’s a great city.”
