Dashing at Derby! Tiger Woods‘ exes Lindsey Vonn and Elin Nordegren are still friends following the Olympic skier’s split from the golf superstar. The fellow blondes posed together while attending the Barnstable Brown Charity Gala during Kentucky Derby weekend in Louisville on Saturday, May 7.
“Great to see Elin and friends at the #kentuckyderby last weekend,” Vonn, 31, captioned an Instagram photo on Tuesday. “She was stunning as always!” (Page Six reported on Monday that organizers were asked to seat the women away from each other.)
Vonn and the former model, 36, were amicable while the athlete dated Woods, 40, too. As Us Weekly exclusively revealed in 2014, Vonn and Woods would go on double dates with Nordegren and her billionaire boyfriend Chris Cline. Nordegren and Cline, 57, broke up in August 2014 but were photographed kissing during a skiing trip in Switzerland in March.
As previously reported, Vonn split from Woods in May 2015 after three years of dating. She has recently been spotted spending time with Hunger Games hunk Alexander Ludwig.
Nordegren, meanwhile, was married to Woods from 2004 to 2010. The couple, who share daughter Sam, 8, and son Charlie, 7, called it quits following his infamous cheating scandal.
Despite the tumultuous split, Woods had nothing but praise for Nordegren during an interview with Time magazine last year.
“Having the relationship that I have now with her is fantastic. She’s one of my best friends,” Woods said in December 2015. “We’re able to pick up the phone, and we talk to each other all the time. We both know that the most important things in our lives are our kids. I wish I would have known that back then.”
