How do supermodels blow off steam once the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is over? Simple. They eat, dance and drink — just like Us!
"I’m just excited to celebrate with everyone, because we’ve worked so hard to be here," Behati Prinsloo told Us Weekly at the after party at downtown hotspot TAO in NYC on Wednesday, Nov. 13. "So we’re just going to go in there and have a blast."
After a grueling month of watching their diets even more than usual, and toning with daily ballet classes, the supermodels shared a few of their favorite post-runway rituals with Us. "We go to the VS party and we can have a drink," Adam Levine's fiancee, 24, shared backstage pre-show. "And then the girls — we usually go somewhere after, together (you know, without the crazy crowd), and usually just have some pizza. Lily [Aldridge] started it," she continued.
"Well, right now I’m still running on adrenaline and I feel great," Aldridge told Us at TAO. "I just want to go dance and have fun with my girls!" A self-proclaimed "huge foodie," the brunette added that her daily indulgences are case-dependent: "I love everything," she told Us with a laugh. "Good food is good food." The model-mom, 27, said her post-show ritual bites usually include "pizza and hamburgers and bagels — and maybe I'll go to Bubby's," she said of the Tribeca institution, which serves up buttermilk biscuits, fried chicken and other guilty-pleasure soul food dishes.
Dutch supermodel Doutzen Kroes, meanwhile, told Us, "I want to eat some food! Some French fries, absolutely." The 28-year-old Angel added, "I’m just excited to celebrate with everyone, because we’ve worked so hard to be here so we’re just going to go in there and have a blast." Sounds like a super fun night for these hard-working supermodels.
The 2013 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show airs on Tuesday, Dec. 10 at 10 p.m. EST on CBS.
