Introducing her to his friends! Zac Efron took his new girlfriend Sami Miro as his date to his pal’s wedding in Chicago on Sunday, Oct. 26, sources reveal to Us Weekly. The Neighbors hunk arrived in the Windy City earlier in the week without Miro to meet up with his friends and the groom, chef Dave Beran.
After Miro arrived, the new couple was spotted grabbing a bite to eat at the Chop Shop in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood hours before the nuptials. A source tells Us Efron, 27, enjoyed a turkey sandwich and “was very friendly to everyone.”

For a little pre-celebration, the group also kicked up their heels at Chop Shop’s event space. A DJ entertained the crowd, spinning some Prince tunes.
Us confirmed on Oct. 14 that Efron and Miro are dating. They were first photographed together at a Dodgers vs. Giants game at Dodger Stadium in L.A. on Sept. 22. On Oct. 11, Miro accompanied Efron to Copenhagen, Denmark. (According to Miro’s Linkedln page, she works in business development and fashion in L.A.)
“He seems completely into her,” a second source tells Us. “It could be good for him. She’s a very smart girl and brings him a lot of peace.”
Efron was last linked to Michelle Rodriguez; the couple split in August after two months of dating. He’s also previously romanced Lily Collins and Vanessa Hudgens.
