Gwen Stefani turned heads while wearing a black sheath dress that featured panels of fabric connected by ribbons while attending friend Shelli Azoff’s birthday party on Friday, June 3, in L.A. The soiree was also attended by Kim Kardashian, her momager, Kris Jenner, and younger sister Kendall Jenner.
The former Voice coach, 46, flashed skin — including a sliver of her pert posterior as well as toned legs and upper abs — in the loose-fitting garment.
Stefani wore fishnet tights beneath the frock and paired it with striped black and gold Azzedine Alaïa boots.
In keeping with the edgy look of the dress, Stefani — whose rep confirmed to Us Weekly was dating her Voice costar Blake Shelton in November 2015 — wore her hair in a high, voluminous dip-dyed ponytail and made her signature red lips her only pop of vibrant color.
The mother of three loves to experiment with fashion. In fact, her latest music video for “Misery,” released on May 31, featured the singer in seven separate haute couture looks as she danced and played in an abandoned warehouse.
“It feels like I’m supposed to be doing this right now and sharing my story,” Stefani told Good Morning America of her This Is What Truth Feels Like album in April. “And I really hope that this record brings pleasure and, I don’t know, documents people’s lives in this moment. And I just — I’m so happy to share it.”
