Taking lip-synching to a whole new level! Ariana Grande and Jimmy Fallon created the most hilarious duet video of themselves singing along to her hit song “Into You” — made even crazier by the use of Snapchat filters.
The awesome clip, which aired during the Wednesday, July 13, Tonight Show, saw Grande with her head poking through a giant piece of bread, mouthing the words to her own song while Fallon struggled to even open his mouth, thanks to another funny Snapchat filter.
The pair goofed their way through the entire single, their faces superimposed with cats’ ears, teddy-bear noses, rainbow mouths and a collection of other fabulous face contortions courtesy of the app.
At one point Fallon, 41, and Grande, 23, even sang their duet with their faces swapped!
“You are forever my favorite @jimmyfallon #IntoYou FallonTonight #SnapchatDuet,” Grande tweeted as she shared a link to the funny video on her Twitter feed.
Things are going well in Grande’s life right now. As Us Weekly reported previously, the “Dangerous Woman” singer announced earlier this month that she’s just won her “dream role” and will be returning to Broadway (where she first got her musical start) to play Penny Pingleton in NBC’s upcoming production of Hairspray Live!
“Penny has been a dream role since Hairspray opened on Broadway,” she shared regarding the character, which Kerry Butler originated when the show made its NYC debut in 2002. “At 9, I was (and still am) in LOVE w @KerryButlerNyc. hope to make u proud.”
