Double the dads dancing?! New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie stopped by the Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon Thursday, June 12, where he and the show host performed a dance routine—a rather embarrassing one, in fact.
For Fallon’s second ever Evolution of Dads Dancing, the TV personality is seen onstage shuffling his feet back and forth to cheesy background music. Christie parades onto the stage, in a short-sleeve polo tucked into khakis, completing his “dad” outfit with a belt and a beeper.
The two then commence numerous dad dances, including the “belt grabber,” the “oh, stop it! I’m not embarrassing you,” and the “dance you do at a Springsteen concert.” (Christie is a mega fan of Bruuuce.) They top off the number with the “Republican Convention” and its counterpart, the “Democratic Convention.”
