If it’s good enough for them! Jimmy Fallon decided it was time his Tonight Show got in on the recent trend of ’90s TV reboots — so he recorded the most amazing retro remake of his own late-night television show.
In the style of Full House and The X-Files, which are just two of the old shows making a reappearance on our small screens, Fallon gave The Tonight Show a TGIF-style makeover, and the results were surprisingly emotive, even though we never actually saw this the first time around!

Fallon, dressed in a colorful, eye-catching shirt, joins his fellow Tonight Show team for a brilliant parody, set to music perfectly evocative of the era (and written and performed by Jesse Frederick, who sang the themes to Full House, Family Matters and Step by Step).
Fallon’s long been a fan of the retro reboot. Last month he joined the cast of Fuller House for a hilarious spoof, in which he dressed up as Donald Trump and belted out the theme song “Everywhere You Look” with all our favorite stars.
