Along with the tweet, she posted a short clip, in which she calls her new nephew, Saint — big sis Kim Kardashian’s son with husband Kanye West, who was born on Dec. 5 — “cute and beautiful.”

“He’s just so perfect,” she said, smiling. “I just love him.”

In another video posted on her website, the reality star got personal about her recent struggles with anxiety.

“Lord knows I’ve had stress and anxiety lately,” she said, alluding to her estranged husband Lamar Odom’s collapse and hospitalization, and her own battle with a nasty staph infection. “This year has been absolutely horrible, but it’s almost done. I’m just praying that 2016 will be better. It has to be.”

She also shared with her fans the ways that she deals with her stress, saying that working out is her biggest coping mechanism.

“I promise you, the gym has taken away so much of my stress,” she admitted. “It has helped calm me down. When I’m fidgety and I just feel like everything is closing in, I go to the gym. You’re building endorphins and feeling good about yourself. It’s saved me.”

She also discussed how she stays so positive during stressful times in her life — revealing that prayer plays a large role in her daily life.

“I just always try to look at the glass half full,” she said. “We’re all human beings, and we all have the same problems. I do remember how blessed I am, and no matter how bad things are, they can always get worse. Counting my blessings, I pray a lot. I have a really close relationship with God. I have more conversations with God, and it’s very therapeutic to me. It helps me through a lot of trials and tribulations. I also still make a point to thank God for the trials. As long as you never question or doubt why you’re going through something, you’ll always get through it and rise above. Be proud of your life, and own it.”
