Botox and buttocks! Those were the topics on Kim Zolciak's mind as she celebrated the fact that she and dance partner Tony Dovolani were still in the running for Season 21's Dancing With the Stars  Mirrorball Trophy.

Speaking after Monday, Sept. 21's show, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum said she was sad to see Chaka Khan and her dance pro partner Keo Motsepe eliminated from the competition (Khan skipped the usual post-show festivities and interviews), but admitted there were other, more pressing issues on her mind when it came to her current DWTS mission.

"She's really a joy!" Zolciak told Us Weekly of Khan. "It's so sad! She screams sex appeal. We'll miss her." But Zolciak's No. 1 concern wasn't making sure she doesn't follow the 62-year-old singer into elimination-ville — it was making sure she gets her butt in amazing shape!

"I still don't have buns of steel, I don't know why!" the 37-year-old reality TV star lamented.

"No, I was looking at you today and I thought, 'Girl has lost a little bit of weight,'" partner Dovolani interjected. "Even though you looked great before, I feel like you're stronger," he added, supportively.

"Whatever. My calves might be stronger but who cares about my calves?" returned Zolciak. "I need my butt to be buns of steel!"

But while her buttocks aren't quite living up to expectations, her forehead certainly is, thanks to her emergency call to her (and Kim Kardashian's!) favorite doctor, something she advertised via Twitter earlier in the day.

"I had to get Botox," Zolciak told Us of the funny Instagram snap. "I have so much makeup on to cover the bruises. My doctor came in last night. It helps with my migraines. I've gotten it since I was 23. At the 90-day mark if I don't get it, I get horrible migraines. It really works," she explained.

And the reality TV celeb never even considered keeping her medical interventions private.

"I'm all for making yourself feel good. If it makes you feel good, do it," she said. "I'm open! Why lie, why hide? I don't care."
