“Stephennnnnnnnn!” Kristin Cavallari just won with her Throwback Thursday photo. The fashion designer posted an Instagram TBT snapshot with her Laguna Beach boyfriend, Stephen Colletti, on February 18.
“Flipping through #BalancingInHeels is a little trip down memory lane,” Cavallari, 29, captioned the sweet pic. “We were babies! Link in bio #LagunaBeach #HighSchool #TBT.”
Cavallari and Colletti, 30, brought the drama when they starred in the MTV series Laguna Beach. The reality show — a prequel of sorts to The Hills — ran for three seasons, from 2004 to 2006, and helped kick off their entertainment careers. Back then, they famously dated as costar Lauren Conrad (LC!) pined for Colletti from afar.
Cavallari and Colletti have come a long way since their romance-filled teen years. Cavallari now spends most of her time in the Windy City with her husband, Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, and their three children — sons Camden, 3, Jaxon, 21 months, and 2-month-old daughter Saylor.
Colletti, meanwhile, has branched out into acting. He most notably played Chase Adams in One Tree Hill from 2007 to 2012.
