This made our Valentine's Day! Leonardo DiCaprio didn't hesitate for even a moment when the BAFTAs 2016 kiss cam zoomed in on him and Downton Abbey actress Dame Maggie Smith!
While Smith took a moment to realize she was on screen, the Titanic actor instantly got to his feet and leaned in to plant a gentlemanly and respectful kiss on the veteran British actress' cheek.
Suddenly catching on to the kiss cam situation, Smith then turned towards her handsome suitor for a second embrace.
It was a good night for DiCaprio, and not just because he ended up on the kiss cam. The Oscar hopeful scooped up the award for best actor, while his Revenant director Alejandro Iñárritu won the award for best director.
In his acceptance speech, DiCaprio thanked his mom, Irmelin Indenbirken.
"I didn't grow up in a life of privilege and this woman drove me three hours a day to a different school to show me a different opportunity," he said. "It's her birthday today. Mom, I love you very much."
And talking to members of the press, including Us Weekly, after he received his award, DiCaprio said he was genuinely surprised.
"[I'm] shocked and amazed. Honored," he gushed. "To tell you the truth all this was not expected tonight, truly. I know we have talked often how difficult this film was to make — and it was — but we are so proud of what we accomplished and to be received here in England like this, on this level, is beyond our compression, it really is."
It wasn't just DiCaprio and Smith who ended up on the kiss cam, either. Check out the theatrical embrace Bryan Cranston gave Julianne Moore when their faces ended up on the big screen, in the video above!
