Torture over teatime. Lily James is terrifyingly perfect in the new UK trailer for Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, which dropped on Friday, Oct. 9. The Cinderella actress hikes up her dress, which looks like it came straight from the Downton Abbey set, to kick some butt — and do away with some horrific-looking creatures.
James, 26, plays Elizabeth Bennet in the horror flick that turns Jane Austin’s 1813 classic Pride and Prejudice into an epic bloodbath.
“To succeed in polite society, a young woman must be many things, kind, well-read, and accomplished,” Elizabeth says in the trailer. “But to survive in the world as we know it — she’ll need other qualities.”
Pride and Prejudice and Zombies also stars Suki Waterhouse, Game of Thrones‘ Lena Headey, Doctor Who alum Matt Smith, Douglas Booth, Jack Huston, and Charles Dance.
The Burr Steers-directed movie hits theaters on Feb. 5, 2016.
