Amanda Batula and West Wilson’s romance scandal has shaken up the Bravoverse — and Summer House may never be the same.
“The next season of Summer House will not be in the original house,” a source exclusively tells Us Weekly, revealing that “the producers are exploring new options” for possibly more than one show.
The insider reveals that the powers at be have “talked about a different location, making it a spinoff show and possibly a new cast.”
According to the source, “Original cast members like Kyle [Cooke], Amanda and Lindsay [Hubbard] will be focusing on the In the City show moving forward.”
The trio filmed season 1 of the Summer House spinoff in fall 2025 following the events of season 10 of the flagship show — and before Kyle, 43, and Amanda, 34, announced their split in January.
In the City, which will also include Summer House alums Danielle Olivera and Andrea Denver, among many new faces, is set to premiere on Tuesday, May 19.

In the trailer for the spinoff, West, 31, makes a cameo to chat with Amanda or “Mandy” as he calls her in the Big Apple. The interaction has caused a stir among fans, many of whom are questioning the timing of when West and Amanda officially became a couple. (They confirmed their romantic relationship in March after weeks of speculation.)
When it comes to Ciara Miller’s future with Bravo, the source tells Us it’s very up in the air.
“It is unclear whether Ciara will return to Summer House in any capacity,” the source explains. “She has to make a decision and has discussed exiting and focusing on other projects (like former costar and close friend Paige DeSorbo).”
Us Weekly has reached out to Bravo for comment.
While Paige, 33, exited Summer House ahead of season 10, Ciara, 30, returned to the Hamptons alongside fellow “bed bug” bestie Amanda.

Throughout the season, which is currently airing, Ciara and ex-boyfriend West navigated their fair share of ups and downs. West received backlash from the cast during an April episode after he kissed a random girl while Ciara sat right next to him.
The exes — who dated in 2023 but expressed feelings for each other while filming the latest season in summer 2025 — appeared to make amends during the Tuesday, April 21, episode of Summer House.
However, as fans now know, their ceasefire was short lived after West began dating Ciara’s close friend Amanda seemingly behind her back. West and Amanda confirmed their romance in March, claiming in an Instagram Story statement, it “was never our intention to purposely hide anything.”
Kyle, who was married to Amanda for four years ahead of their split, broke his silence on the scandal on April 1. He confessed in a three-part TikTok interview that he gave West a “hall pass” for being “handsy” with Amanda in the years prior, but was now rethinking how touchy-feely West was towards his then-wife.
Ciara, for her part, told Glamour on Friday, April 17, that she and West were working toward rebuilding their friendship before his relationship with Amanda. She noted that the exes had discussed boundaries, one of which was “no more sleeping with people on Bravo.”
“Obviously, now that’s out the window,” Ciara quipped.
A separate source exclusively told Us on Thursday, April 16, that Ciara “has told friends that if they really are in love, she will accept it,” referring to West and Amanda.
The insider noted that should West and Amanda stay together for the long haul, Ciara would “come back to the show and try to find a way to move past it,” adding that the model “doesn’t want to get in the way of real love.”
“If it’s just a fling, she isn’t going to forgive them and believes it will all be for nothing and not worth all the pain and emotions that everyone has gone through,” the source told Us. “Either way, Ciara will not be friends with Amanda or trust her again.”
Summer House airs on Bravo Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET.
