Chris Hemsworth sings, plays guitar, and looks, of course, dreamy while doing so in a throwback video from his soap opera past.
In the clip from an episode of the beloved Australian soap opera Home and Away — in which the actor, 32, starred from 2004 to 2007 — Hemsworth serenades a female character from her porch as she watches him through a window.
“In a world of so many, all I see is only you,” he croons as he strums his guitar. “Nothing’s gonna hold me back.”
It’s easy to fall in love with the Aussie hunk all over again as he smiles and hands the object of his affection a rose in the adorably cheesy clip. In fact, just last week the Thor actor — who is hosting Saturday Night Live on Dec. 12 — revealed that he got hit on by a group of inmates while he was in prison.
“I was researching a film and we had to basically go in and research what the inside of a prison looked like and speak with prisoners who wanted to talk to us," Hemsworth told Graham Norton on Friday, December 4. “The moment I started walking through the cells, I just started getting heckled, 'Yo, Thor's here, man. Yo Thor, YO THOR!' Where’s your hammer, man?’”
Liam Hemsworth’s older brother — who has three children with wife Elsa Pataky — admitted that while he tried to blend in, he continued to get cat-called by the inmates, who he said yelled out, “Yo, come spend some time in my cell, baby!”
