Ezra Sosa Shares New Behind-the-Scenes Photos From 1st ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Con

Ezra Sosa’s weekend in the desert with his Dancing With the Stars family is one he won’t soon forget.

Thousands of fans headed to the Acrisure Arena in Palm Springs, California, to experience three days of nonstop dancing, meet-and-greets and community as part of DWTS Con.

Fan-favorite pro Sosa, 25, was able to reconnect with his costars, interact with loyal fans and celebrate the future of ABC’s reality show between Friday, July 31, and Sunday, August 2.

“Now it’s announced, I’m so freaking excited for you @Kamri_Dancer,” Sosa wrote via his Instagram Story on Sunday, when reacting to Kamri Peterson joining the DWTS troupe for season 35. “I was crying when they announced you today. Welcome to the family.”

While the convention may be over, Sosa is still smiling over the memories he made and sharing behind-the-scenes photos of the fun exclusively with Us. Keep reading to see just some of the highlights:

Get Ready With Ezra

On Day 2, Sosa joined Rylee Arnold and Hailey Bills for an interactive panel with Sephora called “Get Ready With Me Live!” The trio shared a glimpse into how they get ready for showtime with hair and glam.

Sosa couldn’t help but participate in Brandon Armstrong’s Mirrorball Paddle Classic, where attendees showed off their athletic abilities with the pros.

The magic doesn’t happen overnight. Sosa teamed up with fan Molly Nelson to create a special number during the convention. “My Queen Crushed It Today,” Sosa wrote via his Instagram Story after the performance.
