For a limited time, the pancake haven will be serving several Grinch-inspired dishes as part of an all-day breakfast lineup designed to coincide with the release of the upcoming film, Dr. Seuss’ The Grinch, which hits theaters on Friday, November 9. New menu items include the Grinch’s Green Pancakes (which actually boast a hue similar to the Grinch himself) Who-Ville Holiday Cheesecake French Toast, Minty Who Hot Chocolate, the Who-Roast Beast Omelette and more.

Not surprisingly, each new dish channels the misunderstood villain and his famous story in more ways than one. The Grinch’s Green Pancakes, for example, feature two green buttermilk pancakes topped with sweet cream cheese icing, red candy hearts and a creamy, green whipped topping. Similarly, the Minty Who Hot Chocolate puts a Grinch-y twist on the popular beverage by adding mint syrup and topping it with green whipped cream and red candy hearts.

“The holidays are such a special time for families and creating a delicious menu that reflects the fun and whimsy of Whoville in Dr. Seuss’ beloved story about the Grinch is the perfect way for us at IHOP to celebrate the season,” said Alisa Gmelich, vice president, marketing at IHOP, via a press release shared with Us Weekly. “Our Grinch-inspired menu is one-of-a-kind filled with hot, fluffy Grinch’s Green Pancakes made with our signature buttermilk batter and topped with sweet cream cheese icing and candy hearts, a creamy Minty-Who Hot Chocolate, and a bold new Who Roast Beast Omelette made with shredded beef, Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses, sautéed jalapeños and a tangy BBQ sauce.”

The Grinch-inspired menu is available at participating IHOP restaurants nationwide from October 29 through December 31, and social media users are already psyched to give the new eats a try. As one Twitter user put it, “Literally need these grinch pancakes!” Added another: “They have Grinch pancakes at iHop!! It’s for kids but I don’t care. I could pass for 10.”
