Kim Kardashian is taking a page out of Beyoncé’s book! The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star recently announced a major change to her diet that might have a little something to do with the “Formation” singer.

Kardashian, 38, took to her Instagram Stories on Saturday, April 27, to announce the food-related update. “I am eating all plant-based when I am home,” she stated alongside a plate of what appeared to be sweet potato hash topped with seasoned avocado slices. The meal also featured a handful of greens and edible flowers.

In another post on Instagram Stories, the KKW Beauty founder gave her social media followers a glimpse at what looked to be a crowded and colorful açaí bowl. The purple concoction featured various fruits such as raspberries, blueberries and diced mango topped with a sprinkling of granola.

Kardashian’s decision to consume only plant-based foods when she is home is a big step for the mom of three. The California native isn’t shy about her love of fast-food, especially favorites such as McDonald’s chicken nuggets, cheeseburgers from In-N-Out and extra-crispy chicken wings courtesy of KFC, none of which could be described as exactly plant-based.

Furthermore, the aspiring lawyer’s choice comes about three months after Beyoncé, 37, urged her fans to embrace a meat-free eating regimen. In fact, the Grammy winner went so far as to offer those who adopt a vegan lifestyle the opportunity to win free concert tickets for life. The contest, which launched in January, is part of the Greenprint Project, which aims to improve the environment by eliminating meat and animal products from people’s diets.

“What is your Greenprint?” the Houston native asked at the time via the photo-sharing app, alongside a snapshot detailing her own commitment to veganism. “Click the link in my bio for a chance to win tickets to any JAY-Z and/or my shows for life.”

Though Beyoncé isn’t strictly vegan, she asserted via her Instagram post that she goes “plant-based for breakfast” and is also a fan of “meatless Mondays.” However, given Kardashian’s declaration, it now seems the reality star is outpacing her award-winning pal.

Still, Beyoncé is hardly laid-back when it comes to dieting. In Homecoming, the former Destiny’s Child member was very candid about how she lost weight after welcoming twins Sir and Rumi in June 2017. “In order for me to meet my goals, I’m limiting myself to no bread, no carbs, no sugar, no dairy, no meat, no fish, no alcohol,” she said in the documentary, which detailed how she prepared for her Coachella 2018 performance. “I’m hungry.”
