Prince Harry is one supportive dad-to-be! The royal, who is currently in the midst of a tour with his pregnant wife, Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, reportedly toasted with water (instead of a celebratory glass of champagne or wine) at a state dinner in Fiji on Tuesday, October 23.

The sweet gesture seems to be Harry’s way of standing in solidarity with expectant Meghan, 37, who will have to abstain from drinking alcohol at least until the newest royal makes his or her debut in spring 2019. Royal reporter Omid Scobie was one of the first to make note of Harry’s kind act, tweeting on Tuesday, “Meghan and Harry both toasting with water at tonight’s reception.”

What’s more? Meghan and Harry, 34, didn’t toast with just any H20, either. According to Scobie, both royals raised glasses of Fiji water, which makes sense given they are currently in the midst of touring the picturesque South Pacific country known for its quality drinking water. In addition to Fiji, the couple has already visited Australia, and will kick off the second half of their tour with trips to New Zealand and Tonga, respectively.

Many Twitter users were quick to respond to Harry’s act of solidarity, with several praising the royal for standing by his wife in such a touching way. “Nice good job Harry supporting Meg during her pregnancy,” one wrote. Another added: “Aww so sweet of Prince Harry to join her in her ‘water toast.’”

During a speech given at the state diner, Harry also opened up about what traveling to Fiji with Meghan means to him, telling the crowd, “This visit is particularly nostalgic for us as a young married couple – my grandparents stayed in this very hotel, the Grand Pacific, a number of times over the years.”

The newlyweds even appeared on the balcony of the Grand Pacific Hotel – just as Queen Elizabeth II did in 1953 alongside her husband, Prince Philip.
