Kylie Skin is just getting started! The beauty brand launched by Kylie Jenner in May 2019 has already become a force to reckoned with in the beauty industry, and Jenner, 21, has made it clear she has no intention of letting the label get stale.
Case in point: In a vlog posted to her YouTube channel on Monday, June 3, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star treated her followers to a “day in the life” video. The nearly 20-minute clip featured the Kylie Cosmetics founder doing everything from getting glammed up early in the morning to attending important product meetings with her team.
During one such discussion, the makeup mogul let it slip that a Kylie Skin seasonal food truck is apparently in the works. “I, for sure, want to do a Kylie Skin summer truck,” she told her colleagues as her 16-month-old daughter, Stormi Webster, played on her lap. “[I want to serve] soft-serve ice cream, iced coffee and pink lemonade.”
The savvy businesswoman went on to say that she wants the truck to evoke “super cute summer vibes” while traveling around Los Angeles and selling her products at the same time. Basically, she wants a food and beauty truck combo.
Though that pairing might seem odd, it’s actually not a surprise given how Jenner has handled some of her past events. For example, food was front and center at the Kylie Skin launch party she hosted last month. Guests including Kim and Kourtney Kardashian feasted on ramen noodles, pink sushi, fuchsia ice cream and more. A-list partygoers also sipped on pink cocktails and similarly hued bottled drinks.
When the reality star threw Stormi a lavish 1st birthday party in Los Angeles in February 2019, she once again proved that she understands the importance of having good eats on hand. That event featured food items such as individually boxed mini pizzas, french fries in pastel pink cartons and an array of Stormi-themed desserts.
Speaking of Stormi, Jenner noted in her vlog that she has a bedroom for the toddler in her office so the little one feels comfortable in the space. “It’s hard to manage mom life and work life sometimes, so that’s why I made her a bedroom here so she could be with me and still have fun,” the hardworking mother explained. She later added: “Stormi is in all my meetings.”
