Kourtney Kardashian is getting candid about her three pregnancies. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star recently wrote a post for her lifestyle website, Poosh, in which she divulged her pregnancy cravings as well as what she ate during each pregnancy to stay healthy and fit for her going little ones.
“Being a mother is my favorite role in life. It gives me purpose, changed me for the better, and made me realize there is nothing else I would rather do with my time,” the mom of Mason, Penelope and Reign wrote. “It’s been such an incredibly rewarding experience to watch my babies grow and cross milestones.”
After acknowledging that she “loved” being pregnant, Kardashian went on to share some of her favorite foods and routines that helped her feel her “very best” when she was expecting.
For starters, the reality TV personality ate a variety of Ayurvedic foods while pregnant. These eats, which include cooked and raw vegetables, are foods that, according to the practice of Ayurveda — a traditional medicine system from India that focuses on the mind, body, and spirit – will keep mom and baby healthy.
