Bill Belichick is embracing WAG — or, more accurately, HAB — life.
The University of North Carolina head football coach was on-hand to support his girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, at her cheer competition over the weekend in a role-reversal that put him in the position of “husband and boyfriend.”
Hudson, 25, was competing in the International Open Coed Non-Tumbling division at the Cheerleading Worlds in Florida, where her team, Code Black, came away with the win.
Hudson shared a rare selfie of the couple via Instagram after her team’s victory on Sunday, April 26.
“Roses 🆙 for Bill the WAG 💍🌹🌹🌹👌🏻,” she wrote in the caption.
Hudson and Belichick, 74, met in 2021 and they first sparked dating rumors in 2023. Their massive age gap has led some to label Hudson a “gold digger,” something she brought up in March during her last major cheer win.
“📣📣📣📣📣 #GOLDDIGGER GOT #PAID 🤑🤑🤑🤭🤭,” she wrote via Instagram alongside a carousel of photos from the event.
And while Belichick is in the midst of a five-year, $50 million contract with the Tar Heels after making more than $200 million as head coach of the New England Patriots, a source told Us Weekly in May 2025 that Hudson is doing just fine herself.

“I don’t believe that to be the case,” the insider said of the “gold digger” accusations, adding that Hudson “already had money and was living a happy and comfortable life before Bill.”
The source estimated that Hudson was worth between $1 million and $2 million before ever meeting Belichick thanks to her modeling career and real estate investments.
“She has apartments in Massachusetts,” the insider added. “She made her own money.”
The source also shed light on what attracted Hudson to someone more than three times her age.
“Jordon dated people her own age and didn’t like the way she was treated,” the insider explained. “Boys her age can be pigs. She wants to be treated more than just a sexual relationship and to have a connection.”
Now going three years strong, Hudson and Belichick have frequently supported each other during major moments. A month before Belichick took in Hudson’s most recent cheer competition, she was in Chapel Hill to support him at the Tar Heels’ first spring practice.
“Back into the fishbowl 🐠 Happy 1st spring practice,” she wrote via her Instagram Story over a photo of Belichick meeting with the media.
That day officially kicked off year two for Belichick at the helm of the Tar Heels. They went a disappointing 4-8 in his first season.
