San Francisco 49ers star Kyle Juszczyk had a sense of humor when asked about what comes with more pressure: teeing it up at the biggest celebrity golf tournament in the world or the notorious NDA he signed to attend Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift‘s wedding.
“That’s a good genuine question,” Juszczyk, 35, exclusively told Us Weekly with a laugh while at the ACC Golf Championship presented by American Century Investments in South Lake Tahoe. “You know what, year three there definitely will be nerves on that first tee shot but it’s not quite the same as it was the first year.”
When asked to sum up the wedding in three words, Juszczyk replied, “Most incredible event.”
Kyle and his wife, Kristin Juszczyk, attended the star-studded wedding on Friday, July 3, inside Madison Square Garden in New York City. While reflecting on the evening, Kyle shared with Us that there were many celeb encounters at the nuptials — which were officiated by comedian Adam Sandler.
“There were so many people there it was hard not to be shocked by a lot of people,” he said of Swift and Kelce’s special day.
After watching the couple say “I do” in the Big Apple, Kyle traveled to Lake Tahoe to participate in the biggest celebrity golf tournament in the world alongside fellow athletes Jason Kelce and Steph Curry and other notable names like Colin Jost and Miles Teller.

“I absolutely love golf,” Kyle said. “Super competitive in it. I want to do well. I’m not really that guy that’s just like, ‘Oh, we’re out here. It’s fun no matter what. It’s beautiful.’ I actually want to compete and do well. I realize I’m not going to be a top 10 guy, but I have a goal for myself. And I just want to each year get better and better.”
When asked if it’s hard to come out on the course and try his hand at golf while being a star athlete in his own field, Kyle laughed at the idea.

“Well, that’s what’s so great about golf,” he explained. “Because it’s a whole new challenge. Having played football my entire life, I do feel like I’m at the top of the game there. This is just another new challenge. A new one for me to come out each day and try to get a little bit better. That’s what’s so great about it.”
