NFL influencer Annie Agar is shutting down negative speculation about her appearance.
“The comments have gotten a little out of control,” Agar, 30, confessed in a Monday, May 18, Instagram video. “I am fine. I have a great support system. Great roots. Good faith. [But] I feel like we’re losing the plot a little here.”
The influencer, who is best known for her videos trolling NFL coaches and players, explained that she’s received a lot of hate about her recent slimdown, so she wanted to clear the air.
“There’s been a lot of comments about Ozempic. First of all, I am not on Ozempic. Kids, don’t take Ozempic,” Agar warned, denying she is on any weight-loss drugs. “The funny thing is, I am the biggest hypochondriac.”
She revealed, “I don’t even take Tylenol, guys because the side effects freak me out. The side effects of Ozempic would put me in therapy. OK?”

Agar noted that she has lost weight, but it is due to calorie counting and cutting out two food groups from her diet.
“I’ve learned calories in, calories out. It’s all math. Losing weight is all math,” she explained. “I cut out refined sugar and alcohol.”
The content creator — who has 1.1 million followers on TikTok — admitted she does still drink every now and then, but sugar is a no-go.
“I do drink maybe once a week, sometimes. If there’s a country concert? Maybe a little bit more. It depends on the week,” Agar continued. “I cut out all refined sugar. I don’t eat any sugar. I don’t drink. I just eat whole foods.”
Agar added that she is also a fan of incline walking, saying, “It’s changed my life.”
While Agar is known for creating videos in which she portrays every NFL coach in a weekly debrief meeting as they poke fun at each other’s performances, she also wanted to give a glimpse into her life outside of sports.

However, Agar said in her new video that if the comments remain negative, she can always pivot back to solely football content.
“I appreciate the comments if it comes from a good place,” she shared, noting that “words do hurt.”
Agar concluded, “I love letting you into this side of my life. I do love sharing with you guys. I love you guys so much. I just want you to enjoy the content as well.”
